GREENWOOD CHRISTIAN ACADEMY in association with CrossWalk Church announces its move into the 2019-2020 school year with a new partner – Greenbrier Christian Academy! For months, Greenwood has been developing a partnership with Greenbrier Christian Academy, a premier Christian school based in Chesapeake, Virginia. The collaborative partnership of Greenwood and Greenbrier will bring enhanced resources for school growth and development, an integrated leadership and collaborative structure with easy access to Greenbrier’s founder and superintendent, Dr. H. Ron White. Dr. White is well-known among regional and national Christian schools due to his years of service on the Executive board of the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) and the Hampton Roads Association of Christian Schools (HRACS).  Come to the Parent/Teacher meeting, meet Dr. White, and hear more about this exciting new partnership. We wish to thank all our parents, friends and families who came out to support our “Royalty Dash.” Funds are still coming in, but at this date over $6,000 has been donated for our run/walk event. It was so much fun getting to know the GCA families. The winners of the events are listed below. With so many GCA students being strong runners, we think a GCA track team might be in our future.
